Enter each ingredient and its quantity. The tool looks up each ingredient in a database of 100+ common UK foods, estimates the nutrition contribution, then runs NOVA classification and sugar checking on each ingredient. Results are aggregated into per-serving macros and overall verdicts.

Each ingredient gets its own NOVA classification (1 = unprocessed, 4 = ultra-processed). The recipe profile shows how many ingredients fall into each category, helping you see the overall processing level at a glance.
